This platform is a record-keeping and scheduling tool for organizations that place adults with minors. It helps track who is cleared to serve and produces a compliance summary report.

This platform is not a background check, a consumer reporting agency, a verification service, or a certification of anyone's fitness to serve, and it does not provide legal advice. It does not conduct screenings and does not receive or store screening report contents. The organization using this platform is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information it enters, for its own screening decisions, and for compliance with all applicable federal and state law, including mandatory reporting requirements.

The tool can block a scheduling action, but that block can be overridden by an authorized user of the organization. The organization is responsible for every override it records, including who approved it and why.
