Privacy Policy

This platform tracks compliance status and dates for people who serve with minors at a church, nonprofit, or daycare — background-check status and expiration, training completion, policy-signature dates, and attendance start date.

We never store the contents of a background check report, and we never collect Social Security numbers or anything used to run a check.Screening happens through the organization's own provider (MinistrySafe, Checkr, or whoever their insurer recommends); this platform only records that a screening happened, at what level, and when it expires.

Each organization's data is isolated at the database level — one organization can never read another's data, under any circumstance.

A volunteer who logs in to manage their own availability can see only their own record, and can never edit their own screening, training, or policy-signature status.

An organization's compliance data belongs to that organization. It is never shared with a third party (including an insurance agent) without the organization explicitly choosing to share it.
